Flexible Itineraries = Happier Clients
Avoid rigid tour plans that leave no room for real-life travel.

While it may be tempting to build highly detailed, hour-by-hour itineraries, we strongly advise keeping your plans flexible — especially for tours involving multiple destinations. Unexpected factors such as weather, traffic, or even a client’s change of mood can easily make one planned stop less feasible or desirable.

Overloaded itineraries can create unrealistic expectations, and if even one site visit becomes unachievable, it risks the entire tour being perceived as a failure — which is neither fair nor productive.

Our Recommendation:
Design light, balanced itineraries with built-in space for spontaneity. Many of our clients decide on the day to skip one destination and spend more time at another — and that’s part of the magic of private touring. Allowing for that freedom ensures a smoother experience for all and a more memorable trip for the traveler.

Let your clients enjoy the journey, not just the checklist.
