Who We Are:
Pathfinder Japan specializes in curated, private tours that offer immersive, eco-friendly travel experiences. We work with travel agents in the U.S. and Europe, connecting them with expert guides across Japan.

What We're Looking For:

• Resident in Japan: You must currently live in Japan.
• Right to Work: You must have the legal right to work in Japan.
• Valid Driver’s License: You must be in possession of a valid Japanese driver’s license that allows you to drive a car or minivan.
• Tour Guides Nationwide: We are recruiting guides in all regions of Japan, from the bustling cities to the peaceful countryside.
• Private Tours: Most of our clients prefer private tours, including hotel pick-up by car. If you have a car in perfect condition, that’s great! Otherwise, we will provide a rental vehicle for the day.
• Project-Based Work: This is not a permanent job offer. You will be working on a project basis, where each tour is arranged independently.
• Experience & Knowledge: Whether you specialize in historical tours, nature adventures, or cultural experiences, we want passionate guides with local knowledge and the ability to engage with international guests.
