A: Our guides are trained to handle issues promptly. They will contact the tour operator or Pathfinder Japan immediately. All our tour operators carry liability insurance for added peace of mind.

A: We understand the importance of transparency. While we don't publish a full list on day one, we're happy to introduce you to the specific tour operator handling your clients' tour after we gather your initial requirements. This allows us to build trust and ensure a personalized connection.

A: We update our tour offerings daily, ensuring you have access to the latest information and experiences. We receive updates from our tour operators and partners in real-time.

A: It's simple! You fill out our online form with your clients' details. For standard bookings, we'll confirm and send an invoice. For complex tours, we'll introduce you directly to the tour operator, who will manage the process. Once confirmed, we'll invoice you.


Q: What are your payment terms and cancellation policies?


A: Payment terms vary by tour operator, but generally, payment is required at least two weeks before the tour. Due to high demand, early payment is recommended to guarantee bookings. Cancellation policies also differ, ranging from 30 to 2 days before the tour. Cancellations will incur a 5% processing fee.

A: We communicate all changes directly to the tour operator for immediate action. With access to a large fleet of hybrid minivans and over 1,000 guides, we can often accommodate last-minute requests, but advance notice is always preferred.

A: A: Our standard approach is a fixed sales price model, empowering you to set your own profit margins. We don't have a traditional commission structure. In the instance where partner agreements necessitate it, we will incorporate a commission into the invoiced price, and clearly disclose this to you.

A: You have complete flexibility. We provide the resources and support to create itineraries tailored to your clients' needs.
