Tour and Activity Booking: Pathfinder Japan represents local travel agents and tour operators in Japan. For any tours or activities arranged through Pathfinder Japan, clients will be informed of the relevant terms and conditions provided by the respective tour operators and travel agents. These terms and conditions can be found on the tour operators' or agents' websites, and we will notify clients of these details at the time of booking.

Consolidated Invoicing: If, after paying our consultancy fee, a client wishes to book more than one tour or activity, Pathfinder Japan will assist by requesting invoices from the local travel agents or tour operators. To make the process easier for our clients, we will consolidate these individual invoices into one total invoice for the client. The consolidated invoice will reflect the total amount payable, including the consultancy fee and the costs for all tours or activities booked.

Additional Payment Processing Fee: Please note that there may be an additional fee of up to 4% added to the total invoice. This fee is intended to help recover the charges imposed by our payment processor (Stripe) for handling payments. The fee will be clearly indicated in the invoice.
